Abstract

Indian Banking industry is changing through the mergers by nature also provide challenges in terms of operations, decision making and at strategic levels for banks. The bank employees have to reintegrate them with new banks, merge with rules and regulations and implement new procedures and adopt to new forms of living and these transformations and changes would affect the entire business dynamics, operations and management of public sector banks in the country. It would indeed affect the employee performance, contributions, output, productivity and quality of work. It would also affect work culture, nature of work and responsibilities and effective office functioning. Therefore, this case study focus in the light of above issues and provide the strategic framework.
