The case examines the success of Hotel Somesh Inn in Rudarpur, Starting from its inception in 1982 under hostile condition till the development of its brand equity. It brings forth the entrepreneurial challenges faced by Mr. Samrat, M.D. of Hotel Somesh Inn. The case apart from sharing his experiences also tells about the strategies which he will adopt to cope up with the changing socio-economic environment of the city.
