The impact of interactive technologies can be experienced in every situation, role and industry as well in countries like Iraq. It is more pronounced among the organizations like Banking and Service sectors. The advent of new age technologies have radically transformed the contours and scope of Human Resource Management in emerging economies like Iraq. It may be noted that Human Resource Information System (HRIS) heralded tremendous changes over the past 3 decades, promising more efficient mechanization of manpower management. In the business scenario in Iraq, in the last few decades, web-based technologies have sprung up marking the arrival of Electronic Human Resource Management (e- HRM).  In this connection, the researchers have designated it as a powerful tool that can be used to empower the Human Resource, help him/her go beyond the coordination function and attain much more dynamic line functions.
