Effectiveness of University Staff Oral and Written Communication

Abstract

Contact is important in the everyday lives of people where they interact in order to express
their feelings and opinions, to share their knowledge with other people and when managers
speak to their employees and customers. Contact plays a vital role in the enterprise in the
business world because it is at the heart of the management cycle (Barnard, 1983) so that a good
and successful organisation can be decided through the quality of communication between
employees. Their dream, purpose, goals and objectives can be accomplished by effective
communication so long as the communications are understood appropriately and reliably from
the sender to the recipient. This research was aimed at learning how effectively university
employees interact through contact environment, message format, platform, timing and feedback.
The study's respondents were the eighty-four (84) university employees of the an Indian
university chosen through convenience sampling. Therefore, the coordination performance of the
eighty-four (84) university workers is strong, which means they have a successful friendship. The
signals are correctly understood, which are indicators of successful operational and
coordination framework.
