Abstract

One of the most important aspects of any country’s development and progress is education
system and the institutions of higher education play an integral part in that. HEIs develop the
human resource for various industries. One of the steps to aid and accelerate this development is
offering scholarships to induce potential students to enroll. In Indonesia the number of students
that have been studying on scholarships abroad is almost 35000. This activity has opened up a
new market for education consultants to function in the areas of providing details to students
rearding availability of various opportunities and other relevant information. The objective of
this research is to determine a relationship among entrepreneurial orientation, international
experience, and company reputation on competitive advantage in business performance. The
outcomes of this research will help aid academicians and experts utilize it in various theoretical
scenarios.a quantitative research methodology is used from data collected of 80 compaies that
are engaged in business of overseas education consultation
