The Employee's Performance: Job Satisfaction of the Organizational Culture and the Leadership Styles

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the influence of culture on job satisfaction, the influence of style on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on employee performance, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of leadership style on employees, motivation, the influence of leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The population was 108 employees PT. Epson Batam with a sample of 108 employees. The sampling technique uses census analysis techniques. Data techniques use multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of this study are organizational culture significant influence on job satisfaction, leadership style significant influence on job satisfaction, job satisfaction significant influence on employee performance, organizational culture significant influence on employee performance, leadership style significant influence on employee performance, organizational culture significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction, leadership style significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction. The results of this study can be used as material for decision making for the management of PT. Epson Batam and can be used as a reference for subsequent researchers.
