Optimization Warehouse Management Utilizing Fuzzy Logic Control System

Abstract

Optimization of number of boxes storage in warehouse or transportation by vehicle trunk help in reducing costs and losses time. In this work, a computer code was designed using MATLAB program to calculate both number of box holders and boxes containing it, which use to storage in warehouse or required to transported by vehicle trunk. The designed code can be used for any dimensions of warehouse, vehicle trunk, box holders and boxes.  Fuzzy logic control system used to verification MATLAB cod results. North-East Corner technique used for arranging the box holder and boxes in warehouse and vehicle trunk..
