Effect of New and Systems Competence HR Recruitment HRD Through Commitment to Performance Organization : A Case Study in Indonesian School

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the competence of human resources (HR) and a new recruitment system and organizational commitment as mediating variables to improve employee performance of Human Resource Development (HRD). This study used a questionnaire given to 100 employees from the level of the head of the unit; division heads up on the executive staff who are directly involved with operational processes and other supporting parts. These results indicate that the competence of human resources has a stable relationship and commitment organization significant, meaning that the higher the competence of new human resources it will be higher the employees' commitment to the organization. While the commitment of the organization also has aa positive and significant but not with the performance variables. The higher employee commitment to the organization, the higher the value of the performance of the recruitment teams. Recruitment also has a positive relationship with the performance, although not significant. It means that the higher the quality of the recruitment system will demonstrate the high performance of the recruitment teams. It can be concluded that by improving the recruitment system, pay attention to the new human resources competencies and organizational commitment to address the problem of declining recruitment process and team performance in school-related.
