Prediction of QoS Ranking for Cloud Services Using Matrix Factorization

Abstract

Cloud Computing is one of the eminent technologies with a wide range of applications all around the world. The selection of the best cloud service is one of challenging research problems. According to user, select the appropriate provider to fit their application from the huge number of cloud service providers all over the world. This paper proposes an Enhanced QoS Ranking Prediction method for the selection of the best cloud services by the previous user QoS values from a group of identical cloud service providers. The QoS values makes framework of QoS Ranking Prediction and a mechanism that measure the quality, advantages and prioritize Cloud services. Also, the paper proposes the work of Enhanced QoS Ranking Prediction with Matrix Factorization techniques to upgrade the ranking prediction accuracy makes more efficient and less time consuming to service. It gives better performance with the existing methodologies.
