Abstract

Repeated movement injury does not happen due to accidents as compared to other occupational injuries. It's because they do a job tens-and-miles of times properly. Selecting tasks and positioning them creates a chance of recurrent movement injury. Act laterally to prevent reductions in working hours and workers 'compensation lawsuits.           Robot weapons streamline your business 'tasks by providing fast and accurate results that leave people with more value tasks. The paper is concerned with an automated material handling system. It is intended to identify the colored objects by weight, height, which comes on the conveyor by collecting and placing the objects in their respective pre-programmed position. It reduces the monotonous work performed by humans, gaining precision and speed in the work. The project involves sensors that realizes the shape and transfers the signal to the controller. The controller transfers the signal to a circuit that drives the various robotic arm motors to carry the object and position it at the resulted position. Based on the identification, the robotic arm travels to the stated location, keeps the object in the required place and reverts back.
