Efficient Machine Learning Algorithms for Knowledge Discovery in Big data: A literature Review

Abstract

Since the amount of data is increasing at a rapid rate, the importance of the concept of Big Data is being realized. When a user wants to access any particular information, he/she needs to search from the database of Big Data, which is a very difficult task and time-consuming one. For mining the data, often known as knowledge discovery, various methods have been tried and tested. But those methods were not found to be much applicable when it comes to knowledge discovery in Big Data. It was found that the Machine learning algorithm can be efficiently applied in Big Data for knowledge discovery. The applicability of Machine Learning algorithms for knowledge discovery in Big Data was found very efficient. Various researchers have given the nod to such application of efficient Machine Learning algorithms for knowledge discovery. This paper reviews the approaches of variousre searchers to analyze the importance of Machine Learning algorithms for knowledge discovery in Big Data. This paper is useful for academicians and industry analysts in understanding the technological advancements in this domain of research.
