EFFECT OF FODDER ADDITIVE “GERMIVIT” ON BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CALVES

Abstract

In this paper the effect of feed additive "Germivit" on productivity and biological
characteristics of calves of symmental breed during the dairy period of cultivation was studied. It was
determined that the use of the preparation of calves during the dairy growing period contributes to a
higher growth intensity of experimental animals. Biologically active additive in studied doses has
positive effect on protein, lipid, mineral and carbohydrate metabolism in calves, normalizes liver
function, and activates cellular and humoral factors of natural resistance of animals.
