Abstract

There lies an eminent difference in the true nature of traditional service quality and e-commerce service quality. However, the most prominent and perhaps the most apparent difference between traditional service quality and electronic service quality is that the latter offers human-machine interaction and supersedes the interpersonal interaction. The pure distinctiveness suggests many thoughts concerning the dimensions that can really help to appraise service quality in the e-commerce context.
