Evaluation process of Program Outcomes through direct and indirect attainments- A comprehensive approach
Outcome based Education (OBE) is the highlighted trend today in education sector to guide students in their professional career and make them more knowledgeable and creative. This will help them to progress well in their working environment. To achieve the attributes specified for outcome based education by NBA proper review methods are required, because assessment of the graduate attributes plays a key role in teaching learning process to improve the system and to improve the performance of students. This process will give idea for the system to bridge the gap between teaching and outcome based learning process. In this paper, the evaluation process for program outcomes are discussed through direct and indirect attainments and this process satisfies all the graduate attributes and gives clear idea to improve the system and students performance. The results of the assessment are analyzed with real time samples.
