Learning Organization in Organizational Management in Post-Conflict Disaster and Disaster Vocational areas : A Study of Grounded Theory

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how learning organization theory can be implemented in post-conflict and post-disaster areas. Learning organization theory is an important element in which the need for mutual trust within a group. The consequences of war, conflict, and natural disasters caused the entire population of Aceh to experience distrust, fear and hostility. The biggest challenge is how we can help people in a group / organization through the implementation of learning organizations in the midst of enormous traumatic experiences. This research can contribute to existing theories regarding learning organization with the way it provides unique insights and valuable, especially in the context of the situation of the traumatic experience. Researchers want to find a theory of the phenomenon of what is done by the Sukma Foundation in Aceh that is able to adapt (evolve) from fundraising activities (temporary) to a sustainable Foundation to help the people of Aceh get a better education.
