Abstract

Some problems in the culinary field include culinary needs of human life, determining one's health, and as one's lifestyle as well as a very promising business. Many types of fast food that are not controlled by nutritional value. The amount of tacit knowledge in the culinary field was simply lost due to retirement, quit work and died. The purpose of this paper is to determine the important factors in the characteristics of learning communities in the culinary field as an initial activity in making learning community models in the culinary field. After a systematic literature review was obtained, the success factor of the characteristics of learning community in the field of culinary, namely collaboration between group members, determines the success of learning community. culinary. Problem-centered learning where the community as a place to solve various problems related to various new innovations about quiner, so that engagement is obtained among group members to continue to do the learning community and share knowledge towards long-term and sustainable learning
