Patient Perception of Health Care Services and Role of CRM Tools to Enhance In Healthcare Sector

Abstract

Health care services are slowly becoming more relevance and are gaining priority in today’s society and it had become a major business in the present environment. Healthcare tourism to INDIA is on the rise due to affordable and quality healthcare provided at Hospitals in the country. Generally patients will be selecting those hospitals which are able to provide the right information with accuracy and timeliness. Hospitals can’t take excuse for wrong treatment of patients but this is prevalent due to growing number of people coming for health consultation. Now a days Hospitals are employing CRM tools to deal with large quantities of data that emanates from various patients who are treated there. In this study we tried to understand the perception of patients about health related treatments at Hospitals in Hyderabad and also the usage of CRM, merits of it by collecting data from 600 patients by using questionnaires.
