Abstract

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool is used for automatic business processes that uses
technology and reduces human efforts. Further it increases the efficiency in the system, while it mainly
helps reduces processing time from the End Users standpoint, usage of the RPA can be better applied in
the Software Application implementation services also. It has greater impact on the SDLC (Software
Development Life Cycle) during the execution of the Project. It mainly automates and processes all
historical business transactions data that is required for the seamless transition to the new Application in
the Company. It further plays key role in the User interfaces, data import and export extracts and further
during the testing process. Introduction of RPA greatly impacts the project duration timeline, human
efforts and considerably reduces testing time cycles and cost of the project also, resulting better
governance. The experimental results prove that the proposed methodology is capable of providing better
efficiency and accuracy. The graphical and mathematical representation is given to prove efficiency and
accuracy of proposed methodology.
