RESEARCH OF THE INFLUENCE OF SILICON-ORGANIC HYDROPHOBIZER ON THE BASIC PROPERTIES OF CEMENT STONE AND MORTAR
Abstract
The paper discusses the impact of hydrophysiological additives on the normal density and the setting time of the cement paste and the strength of the cement mortar. As a water repellent agent, we used an organosilicon compound – “Gidrofob”. As a result of the studies, it was found that the introduction of a hydrophobizing agent, depending on its dosage, leads to a significant increase in the setting time and slightly affects the strength.
