CHANGES IN THE IMMUNE SYSTEM WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS IN THE BACKGROUND OF THE INFLUENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS OF THE EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
Studies on 460 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of the RA show that the course of this disease depends on the external factors of the patients' areas of residence in Uzbekistan. The data obtained indicate that external factors have a close relationship with the state of immunological changes, which is expressed by changes in indicators of cellular and nonspecific immunity, as well as indicators of a number of differentiation antigens present on immunocompetent cells with a change in their expression. At the same time, the western and southern regions are areas unfavorable with respect to the development of aggressive joint syndrome, extra-articular manifestations of RA, polymorbidity and reproductive function in this disease. in turn, the northern and eastern regions are zones where the ecological state of the region does not affect the progression of RA, extra-articular manifestations of RA, polymorbidity and reproductive function of patients.
