DIAGNOSTIC CHARACTERISTIC OF CHILDREN WITH CONGENITAL GLAUCOMA

Abstract

 In children with suspected glaucoma (megalocornea, myopia, anomaly of the development of optic disc disease), it is compulsory to carry outthe following research methods in an in-patient condition: tonography, gonioscopy, ophthalmoscopy. The main diagnostic criteria for the research were gonioscopy-goniodysgenesis of the II and III degree, tonography — true IOP (P0) above 24 mm Hg, Becker coefficient above 100, ophthalmoscopy — sectoral blanching and depth of OD (optic disc) excavation.
