GUARANTEE OF LEGAL BASIS OF SUPPORTING HUMAN RIGHTS IN NEW LEVEL OF UZBEKISTAN’S DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

One of the most important terms of maintaining democratic country in Uzbekistan is creating a system of a human’s main rights and freedom protection and practical guarantee of every person’s rights in society. Actions on supporting human rights and freedom are being realized in in our country. The whole system of legal documents are being produced and national institutions protecting human rights and freedom are working successfully. International legal document Uzbekistan accepted after getting its independence was “Human rights world declaration”. It demonstrated the real aim of Uzbekistan in development, protecting and guaranteeing of human rights. Nowadays, the Republic of Uzbekistan ratified more than 70 international documents that related to human rights and freedom. The Republic of Uzbekistan not only accepted documents on human rights and freedom, but also continues implementing to national legal system step by step all-admitted international principals.
