DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE AS AN IMPORTANT ELEMENT IN THE FORMATION OF A STUDENT'S PERSONALITY
Abstract
Changes in the system of education are aimed at building a qualitatively new pedagogical education capable of forming a new type of teacher, ready for professional self-realization not only in the traditional position of a teacher. The communicative competence of the teacher is considered as a targeted process and the result of the development of professional skills (the ability to establish psychological contact with the audience, manage the process of communication, speech and reflective skills) and personal qualities (tact, tactfulness, objectivity, tolerance, organization, initiative, etc.) of future teachers contributing to the solution of pedagogical problems arising in the process of communication. This article deals with the problem as the development of communicative competence as an important element in the formation of a student's personality. Theory of communicative competence, researches that based on this issue and various communicative techniques and methods are reflected.
