Needs Analysis For Encouraging Applicants Of International And State Universities

Abstract

Working with multilevel and “multipurpose” students, teachers can realize that only teaching and checking students’ knowledge cannot bring positive washback. In order to get high results and enhance students’ motivation, teachers should consider several factors as well as needs analysis. This article illustrates some results of needs analysis which can help further development of students and the teacher as well.
