Abstract

 This study aimed to develop two methods of quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) using the intercalating SYBR Green dye and TaqManTM hybridization probes to determine the amount of the HER2 gene (human epidermal receptor) in gastric cancer cell lines and breast tumours.
